Working Positions Plus - A Review
Working Positions Plus is a premium version of the original Working Positions app. This app makes it easy for you to choose your working position during pre-flight briefing. You can simply tap on each position as it is chosen, leaving the remaining positions to choose from. The app also offers color-coded breaks - blue for the first break and red for the second break.
The app provides safety demo position diagrams for all long-haul aircraft and seating position diagrams for all long-haul aircraft. It also offers crewmember responsibilities for each position and the position you need to change to when changing aircraft on a trip. Working Positions Plus also provides a link to OMN page for quick reference in briefing (login required).
Furthermore, the app offers a link to the Crew Mobile Gateway (CMG) for rosters, bidding, allowances, etc. (login required). It also provides a link to the new mobile-friendly staff travel page (login required) and a link to check your on-load status when traveling on standby. Lastly, the app offers a link to Crew2Crew.co.uk, a new website for crew to buy, sell, and rent to each other.
